Cleon Salmon is a former heavyweight champion, and owner of the famous restaurant "The Slammin' Salmon" in Miami. It's a place where you can order almost anything you liked, cooked and served by professional staff. Having incurred a big debt to the mob, Cleon comes up with an idea to save his restaurant: a competition among his wait staff. The winner is the one who gathers the most tips from customers, and gets to bring home a cash prize. The loser, on the other hand, gets a beatdown from the champ himself.
