2012 Trailer, Watch It All Burn!

The premise for this movie is pretty brilliant from a marketing point of view. Theres a ton of conjecture and conspiracy out there naming 2012 as the end of the world. Most notably the Mayan calendar appears to end on Dec 23, 2012. Now they can save all the footwork of marketing and good writing, by telling people to google 2012. Bloody brilliant, "go get caught up on the story, well show you the mayhem".

Despite all that I was actually a little excited to see this movie, until I found out who directed it. The same sonofabitch that directed, wrote and produced 10,000BC, and The Day After Tomorrow.

Hell nobody enjoys watching the world come crashing down in a fiery chaotic death rattle more than I do. That said, fuck this monk killing movie. I'm a one man boycott.
