Twilight exceeded studio projections over the weekend and won the battle for American's wallets. Quantum of Solace also held it's ground as it crossed the triple-digit mark -- making it the fastest Bond film to accomplish that feat.
Overall, the top 3 movies of the weekend grossed over $125M. American's aren't expected to stop there as the extended Thanksgiving weekend tends to sit in the top 3 best weekends for the film industry during the year. Expect Twilight, QOS and Bolt to continue their profitable stay in the theaters.
