As Hollywoodized as it may seem, Flash of Genius is based on the true story of college professor and inventor of the intermittent windshield wiper, Robert Kearns and his long battle with the corporations of the U.S. automobile industry. Here is the trailer for this potentially classic David vs. Goliath story starring Greg Kinnear. Flash of Genius also stars Alan Alda and Lauren Graham.

Even though a portion of my lunch became unsettled as I was forced to stomach through the Dave Matthews Band song in this trailer, I couldn't help but noticed that there shouldn't be a Honda Civic in a film set in the 1930s (around 0:54 or see a screenshot here).
