Remakes of Robocop and Red Dawn?

The 1984 "classic" Red Dawn could be primed for a comeback according to the latest statement from MGM.

Not only that, but MGM also confirmed a remake for Robocop is on the table.

Apparently when no more good movie ideas are thought of, dated and untimely remakes will plague the earth.

There is no official statement that the movies will actually happen, just that they're on the table.

I'd like to see a remake of that Back to the Future movie. They'd have to find somebody new to play the Michael J Fox role though, cos now he's retarded or something.

Ironically they've sunk the titanic a few times in the movies
