Disney's latest, Fantasia 2000, debuted at Carnegie Hall on Friday, featuring the 120-piece London Philharmonia Orchestra performing live in sync to the film.?Five such live orchestra performances are planned this week, including ones in London, Paris, Tokyo and a gala New Year's Eve affair in Pasadena.?"It ain't cheap," exec producer Roy E.?Disney told today's (Monday) Daily Variety.?"We would love to keep the live concerts going, if we could find a way to make money on it.?We are talking a 120-piece orchestra and a chorus.?That is a terrific bill you're signing."
