Keanu Reeves signed on for another end of the world sci-fi drama. A long in development remake of the sci-fi classic, The Day the Earth Stood Still (or TDTESS), is set to go into production this fall or winter with a maybe possibly long-shot release date of next summer. Reeves will play and alien with a big robot who brings earth bad news.
