David Goyer (co-writer, Batman Begins) has delivered a Green Arrow (entitled Super Max) script that was picked up over the weekend. In what sounds like a cool a concept, the pic has Green Arrow sent to prison and confronted by a number of the supervillains he sent there. Warner Bros has optioned or bought the script, Goyer will be producing, Justin Marks (wr. Voltron spec script) is writing the script.

Sounds a bit different from your average superhero flick and I like the idea that they're not just doing a Green Arrow orgin movie- afterall, whose really heard of him?
