Joss Whedon's WONDER WOMAN Still Alive?

Whedon (cr. Buffy TV series, Firefly series, wr-dir. Serenity) isn't involved and it sounds like there's no chance he'll come back, but rumor says mega-producer Joel Silver digs Whedon's choice to play the lead role; Cobie Smulders from TV's "How I Met Your Mother."
