The Departed upset the other semi-shoe-ins (Babel, Little Miss Sunshine) in the Best Picture catagory and Alan Arkin upset Eddie Murphy's 1st and maybe last (don't see Norbit) chance at an Oscar. ?Other than that, the 2007 Academy awards were, meh...

Still, the best pic of '06 (Children of Men) wasn't even nominated in that catagory. ?The bitches. ?X marks the 2007 ?winner
