PETER JACKSON Not Doing LOTRs Prequels

Apparently a lawsuit over fees for the LOTRs films has got in the way of Peter Jackson's involvement in the planned prequels (The Hobbit and an unamed flick). New Line Cinema has a small window in which to make the films and the lawsuit won't be resolved before Jackson would have to begin working on the new projects. Lets hope Jackson doesn't turn his disappointment into a six-hour Kong sequel.
