Michael Moore (Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 911, The Big One), ballsey political filmmaker and activist who tried to bring down Bush during the '04 election and the Oscars (and Bush) the year before, is previewing something at this year's Toronto Film Fest in September entitled, "The Great '04 Slacker Uprising." ?This is obviously, not his long in production "Sicko" about health care in America.
