REVIEW: Is SUPERMAN RETURNS Great?!

Aintitcool's Harry Knowles is alleging that this certain sneak review is the real article (checked against a late copy of the script and accounts from people who worked on the film). ?This review is SPOILER HEAVY and will ruin any surprises you might have going into the film blind. ?Apparently, this review freakin' loved the flick. ?We don't know, though, we didn't read the review. ?You can.

I'm looking forward to this movie, I really hope it lives up to my expectations. The only thing is from what I've seen it doesn't seem epic enough to me. I guess that with the technology available to filmmakers these days I was kind of hoping we'd get to see Superman fighting giant killer robots or other super villains. The trailer looks good and I'm sure sequences like Superman rescuing the plane with be great but still... I suppose the most important thing is going to be the storyline anyway. Oh well, here's hoping they really pull out all the stops for the sequel.

I heard at one point, they were going to make Lois a welfare mom living in a trailer-home park with 6 kids with 6 different fathers!  GIT 'R DONE!

is it just me or do all these comic book  movies always seem to have a romantic love interest in them.is it always neccesary that the hero..be it man or woman have a love interest. it would be great to see one of these movies have the hero do what they do fight crime or whatever  and not have to be bogged down with romance...or the tired plot line of..."i want to tell you who i am but i can't" or "my enemies would use you to get to me"..bullshit! a love interest in these movies sometimes steer the plot off course... it's not always neccesary !!....cocknoker out!

Eh, pretty much EVERY action orientated movie has a love interest in it. Anyway, this is a Superman movie, you really think they should have not had Lois Lane?

I think Lois needs to be a love interest for Superman otherwise she's basically just another Jimmy Olsen or Perry White.
