Done a certain way with a solid steady script that doesn't totally suck butt, Rocky 6: Rocky Balboa could have been good.?But we hear the script (read the review) is weak and predictable, and the fact that the Rock gets back into the ring is silly. ?Dig the ok-ish teaser trailer posted over at YouTube. ?We'll update to quicktime when quicktime happens.

However, this movie will make some cash becuse of the mere fact that people want to 'see what its like'. Pff.
Anyway about the teaser, way to short, said beasically nothing about the movie other than basically saying its name. Oh and getting a nice vew of mash-potatoe-face :P.

So in other words, they shouldn't have made Rocky V? As for the teaser trailer, I think the reason it was probably so short and didn't give anything away was because of the fact that it was a fucking TEASER trailer you stupid fucking moron!

I love the Rocky movies watched them since I was a kid and still get the box set in the Dvd player every now and again, but I cant bring myself to watch Rocky 5 & although i cant ait to see 6 I am worried it is going to be even worse! after the fight and from the fight for that would copy apollos death

3 ways this movie will end
1) In round 15 Mason and Rocky fall to the canvas as Rocky begins to pull himself up he gets a brain cramp and dies
2) Rocky loses by scoring goes into the locker room where Clubber Lang and Ivan Drago are waiting, inspired by Rocky's loss they beat the crap out of him in act of revenge, where Rocky dies
3)After getting the crap kicked out of him for 6 rounds by Mason, he quits, promptly exits the stadium, where he unfortunately gets run over by the Department of Transit bus.
In any case the last scene you will see Rocky walking up the stairs where he is greeted by Apollo and Mickey. Rocky gets into the ring, where Adrain goes running into his arms, and shouts "I love you" Rocky repiles "I love you, wheres your hat?"

It may be good, but the likelihood that it actually is...well, lets say its almost non-existant. Teaser Trailers are meant to give you a hook, and I don't think Stallone's eyes count as a hook...Also, is he just gonna fight someone stronger again? 'Cos if I remember rightly, in I - IV he fought increasingly tough dudes. I can't really say about the dude in V though... Regardless, is he reeeaaally gonna fight someone tougher than the Russian, when he's 50!?!

There is no way that Rocky is going to die. Sly is no where near that stupid. He tried that with the first Rambo and the crowd didn't like it at all, so he got the ending changed. Plus when Rocky lost everything in the 5th, he told his son that he was going to get it ALL back, and I believe he will, because Rocky is the sort of man that has his eye set on something and goes after it with full force, and gets it. By the end of number 6, I believe that Rocky will have accomplished his goal.

I've read the previous posts, and there are some of you who simply don't understand. Rocky is History. I am 34 years old, and remember watching Rocky with my Dad when I was just a kid. For the rest of my life, every time I went running I could not get the Rocky Theme out of my head! He was an inspiration to me as a child, he (Rocky) being a good man who champions over adversity. Now Sly is 60 and comes out with another movie. He has done a great thing in that he has inspired generations, and the magic I experienced as a child might continue even now with this new film. Are there cliche's...yes. May there be some problems with the script...Possibly. But that doesn't change what he is doing, and let me tell you, life is full of dissapointments. The previous Rocky (Rocky V) demonstrated this perfectly. In this movie he continues with this theme, and will hopefully overcome. So all of you nay-sayers should take a closer look at what this movie is all about! Just as in the original Rocky the no-name club-fighter rose to conquer all odds, Rocky is again doing the same in rocky VI. It is just that the circumstances are different. I think we all need a hero, and if Rocky isn't good enough for you, then tell me who is? He is the working man's champion, and an inspiration, so F#%& Off.

alot of people didnt like rocky 5 due to the fact that Tommy morrison contacted AIDS 6 years after the movie was made. Sales for the Movie declined after Tommy got AIDS. and People didnt like the Fact that Rocky didnt fight Tommy in the Ring. No Big Deal because The Street Fight was Badass! Plus the movie went full circle from the First one. He Loses Everything he Earned from the First Four movies. and becomes A poor guy again. it made sense so that his Son can learn that Money isnt everything as long as you keep your Heart

First learn to spell 'sequel'.
Second, any sequel better that the Star Wars crap-ology is fine by me. Don't get me wrong, The 'first' three, the first ones made were okay, but by the time you get to 1999 and following, they suck. Stallone could single-handedly beat any star wars fag alone, even at 50+.

Actually, I am glad Adrian's dead. In Rocky 2-5,(with the exception of part 3),all you hear from this nagging bitch is,"you can't win". She almost does wear the pants in the family. Now with her gone, this brings Rocky to do shit on his own, and going with his own instincts. Hopefully the son is not gonna take the place of Adrian and be a faggot. It will be interesting.
