Virtually unknown newcomer, Will Ferrell has a small comedy about NASCAR opening this spring; Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. ?Helmed by Anchorman director Adam McKay, Will Ferrell, Amy Adams, Michael Clarke Duncan, Sacha Baron Cohen, John C.
