Oscar-winning actor and card-carrying liberal, Tim Robbins (Shawshank Redemption, Hudsucker Proxy, Mystic River) is currently producing a stage version of 1984 in L.A. with the Actor's Gang, a group he helped found. ?But recently he mentioned to the UK's Empire Magazine that he has a script and is on the hunt for funding.
