Eli Roth (Cabin Fever flicks) had directed a new flick and Lions Gate has decided to kick the marketing campaign in gear with this first-look teaser trailer.  Jay Hernandez (Crazy/Beautiful) stars as a twentysomething backpacker looking to be chased or torn apart by some kind of thing in Europe. Directors Quentin Tarantino and Boaz Yakin executive produced (helped flick get made with their names).
