PETER JACKSON To Produce HALO MOVIE!!

Yep. Twentieth Century Fox and Universal Pictures announced today that Peter Jackson and his producing partner and lover Fran Walsh will serve as executive producers on the much talked about (but little known which isn't always a good sign) Halo movie (based on the hit Xbox game).

It isn't confirmed officialy if Microsoft still plans to make a Halo Movie. Halo III: Turn 2 Darkness (working title) is in it's production stages and is slated to hit stores for both the current and Next Gen Systems. Halo will of course still hit the PS3 in late fall 2006. The reason for this is simple. Sony's PS2 gave Microsoft's XBOX Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which everybody knows is the Greatest game (Period) on the PS2. And then theres XBOX's Halo. In the deal Sony would give up GTA and for the Next Gen Console (PS3) receive Halo. So if you have any Questions feel free to email me at badboyscopeo@yahoo.com

Halo III: Turn 2 Darkness will not be the final installment of franchise. The franchise is expected to spawn 6 chapters total. Here are each chapter in numerical order: Halo, Halo 2, Halo III: Turn 2 Darkness, Halo 4: New Beginings, Halo: War Of All Nations, Halo: Return Of Master Chief. To cap things off there will be a Collector's Edition Halo Bundle Pack Featuring Parts 1-3 (only for next gen consoles). Release date still isn't confirmed. Franjeta, that's the biggest crock I've read on the Internet about the Halo series in about six years. And I've read a lot. Kudos to you. You could fertilize the back 40 with that.

i have never been a fan of Halo but i like peter jackson so ill probably see it and they are only making four Halo games nd Sony is not giving up GTA Rockstar is Sonys biggest selling point so you are talkin out of ur arses

I think that halo is gonna be a great movie because I have halo, halo 2, and I am getting halo 3. Halo and halo 2 are amazing so that is what I think the movie is going to be like. Halo is gonna be the best movie ever!!!!!!!!!!!! The game rocks so the movie will rock!!!!!! Halo is awesome.

depends how they make the film really,if they wanted, they could make it using alot of effects, which would be good, or they could do it as a cartoon which would be rubish, they could make a completely diffrent script or use the lines from the game, i think they should keep it as similar as possible

Look it will be great. I mean if it where to suck I truly would be P.O.ED  Ok so there might be some hobites and they will be like "FOR THE SHIRE" and some a elite will come up from behind and be like "FOR MY LUNCH". But come on all of you that say it wont be good i will agree if it dose not follow the story line.  peter jackson better get some intel from the bungi guys and follow the story to the end. It wont and I say agian IT WONT IT WILL NOT BE LIKE DOOM.  where a virse causes people to change.  come on that was BULLSHIT!!!  The demons come from hell not some virse. And many of you will agree with me if you love doom and HALO(BEST DAM GAME EVER!!!!!!!!)that they better stay with the story line>

I think that it will be really good but i also think that they should wait until halo3 gets out on the xbox360 so the Peter will now know alot more about halo th movie.

I think It is Bs that halo is going to be on ps3. That is one of the only things that xbox could brag about is having halo but if it is released onto ps3 there would be no point of even buying 360!
