Egon Spangler, also known as director Harold Ramis (dir. Caddyshack, Groundhog's Day), has directed a bunch of decent actors in a crime-a-dy (or criminal dramatic comedy).  Billy Bob Thorton, John Cusack, Randy Quaid, Connie Nielsen, and the mighty Oliver Platt all star.
