They really, really needed to make a Doom movie didn't they, because movies based on video games do incredibly well at the box office. Remember the Mario Brothers movie? ?We do.?Sadly. Anyhow, the Rock stars in this piece of shit.

First, Let me say Doom the movie was a bad idea. It sucked. You saw a few advertisements for it then it went away like a bad disease never to be heard of again.

Quake 4, many people mention the same thing, that it's just boring. I just felt like I was playing Doom III really. It's dissapointing to notice that Idsoftware hasn't really invented anything special lately. Take a company like UBISoft who's revolutionary CryEngine is far more advanced than the idsoftware geek engine. Who really cares about the shadow on my quake player? I want some different weapons and creative ways to kill other than using the same old weapons you dug out of your Quake attic. If anyone hasn't yet, try Far Cry. Not as fast paced but you can drive vehicles, Boats,  set traps, id can't touch that right now.
