It's not really a Jamie Foxx movie, but he's in it. ?This flat looking, effects-heavy flick about an evil robot plane gone mad opens this summer and may be a good example of too much CGI and not enough story.

Black Hawk Down, there's another movie with racial undertones. It's obviously a play on "Black man Down" as in Hollywood trying to keep the black man down- how many brothers were in that movie? One American and the rest were 'evil' rebels who got blown to bits!

It is very interesting that after all these years race is so important in american society. There was a civil rights movement in the 60s and 70s. Black people gave up the fight and lost so get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OH MY GOSH!!! I can not believe what I have just read. I can agree with the "black man keeping the black man down" comment. That is a problem in the black community. Not in the manner in which has been spoken here. I was insulted by the initial comment made...the whole stealth thing...it was a ridiculous comment made by someone who obviously is misinformed about a lot of things. That is unfortunate, but to put down an entire race because of a comment one person made is ridiculous as well. Race shouldn't always be an issue. I am almost positive the writers weren't sitting there thinking, "How can I keep the black man down now?" It's a movie for goodness sakes, watch it and enjoy if for what it is; a movie about robotic aircraft. Not about how to oppress an entire race. "Black people gave up the fight now get over it", that comment bothers me as well. It is true that the black race is not the ONLY race to be oppressed, but it doesn't change the fact that they were/are an oppressed people. It is because of comments like the ones being made on this site, by blacks, whites and any other race, that keeps the problem growing. Someone may be thinking of a way to insult me because of my comments. To that I say, HAVE AT IT!!! You would only prove my point. Why do people get so angry and lash out at an entire race? In the words of Rodney King "Can't we all just get along?" :-) By the way, I am black...one of the "oppressed" that should just "get over it."

If you really are black then you should be able to see the racisim that's so abundant in Hollywood these days. They try to hide this by giving Halle Berry an Oscar so she'll cry on TV but the majority of black people in Hollywood are forced into playing sterotypes where all we allowed to say is "Damn! Shit! and That's wack!" When we're not doing that we're playing slaves and beging called ni99ers just so the Hollywood fat cats can try and live out their fantasies of 'the good Ol' days when all niggras were their property.
