True she does look like Golum. The reason why the boy turns into the girl is because she wants to become him.

Teeeeeeeeechnically...  In the original novel, she was sort-of a herm.  And America really fucked up this movie, I tell y'this.  Wrong main characters, looks like Rachel's gonna live through the whole thing..  Yeah.  In the original, she gets hit by a damn semi.  Why do we have to mess up things so badly? ;--;

I do not get how in the first one the son calls his mom Rachel and now he is all mommy mommy and they should of kept Daveigh as Samara

Some of you guys are so stupid. That wasn't Aiden calling rachel Mommy. It was Samara. That was the main thing the tipped her off that it wasn't Aiden, hence the discussion they have at the beginning when they sit down to dinner. Duh.
