More Changes to The Comment System

After a sufficient amount of complaints I have decided to make the comment system have a preview feature so..?Go crazy on the new system and preview before you post.?And yes we do cut out some HTML tags but we leave you enough for you to get your point across without ruining our site :).? There are you happy Sasquatch? :o) (these changes are a follow up from this series of comments)

I also took all the images and compressed them so that; for an example all 9 topic icons are as big as 1 used to be.. same as the buttons (for the extra cool links). and the left upper corner is now down from 38k+ to 1.05k.. aren't you proud of me?

I told you Photoshop 5.5 is cool..
