UPN Cancels ENTERPRISE After A Few Seasons!

Say it ain't so. ?Trekkies worldwide will have some serious feeling to do tonight. ?UPN has cancelled the latest and only Star Trek series still running. ?Rumors surfaced a few weeks ago that Scott Bakula may already be involved in a new Quantum Leap series.

I am not much of a Star Trek fan, dont watch the show, but, I used to watch Quantum leap all the time, that would be so cool if Quantum Leap came back....

Enterprise was alright so it'll be sad to see it go, but if it's at the expense of a new Quantum Leap series then brilliant. In the last episode they just kind of said that Sam never got home and just leaped around forever.

I could be wrong but I seem to remember the last episode ending like normal and then a voiceover just saying that he never got home.

You know what I'm tired of? Being a fan and being lied to! Does anyone remember Brannon Braga at the beginning of Enterprise telling fans if they didn't like the opening song, they could just mute it? That was the beginning of the end. Fans are what make or break shows. Don't these Executive pin heads know this fact? Who the hell do they think creates the ratings for their shows? And please, cancelled because of ratings? SciFi Wire has a posting on the new BSG numbers, their best opening night was 3.1 million viewers. Enterprise on a bad night has 2.3 million. So why not get Entrprise off of UPN and over the SciFi who seems to be able to take good care of Science Fiction shows these days?

Your rite. But the truth is the show just went back. You cant do that. It was too different from the rest of the shows.

It was far too P.C., the show was supposed to have taken place before Kirk and Co., so the lame ass P.C. should have been erased and they should have shown it as a backwards universe. Remember how Kirk treated women on the show, Archer should have been of the same mold. Everyone was so fukin lame it brought tears to my eyes watching them. Jolene Blalock was the only reason I ever turned it on.

Sci Fi shows have never been given a far chance they are always skipped around the week and time slots.  SAAB was a dam good show but some wanker killed it.  same as with sliders but they just screwed it up uintil it died by slow suffication.
