Why does it have to be rated PG-13?   I have three sons who would love to see the movie but will not see it because of the rating. What age are they targeting?  I don't know too many teenagers that are into the Fantastic Four.

Johnny Storm aka.. The Human Torch will probably be setting things  on fire..The Safety Nazi's will not like this..
