Iomega offers up new usb zip drive

Iomega has released a new 250 meg model of it's zip drive which uses zip interface rather than the painfully slow parallel port versions of old.?It also has a pc card interface for use with laptops, and I suppose some of the newer wince devices with pc card interfaces(one can only hope).? Elegantly styled in a midnight blue and dark gray case with a translucent USB cable, the unit comes with a small removable base so you can use it upright on its side.?The 3/4-inch-thick drive fits handily in a briefcase or laptop bag, and weighs a mere 9 ounces.?The thin, vertical AC adapter weighs half as much, and the PC Card interface, which also supplies power to the drive, weighs almost the same as the AC adapter.?
