Jack Black Is NOT GREEN LANTERN

Jack Black confirmed the hopes of many "Green Lantern" fans this week when he told Entertainment Weekly that he was not yet cast as the title character in the upcoming film adaptation of "Green Lantern."

Black said that he would like to play the role, but only if the script--which does not yet exist--is good or if a "good writer" signs on to pen the script.

Rest easy GL fans. ?For now.
