The final piece of the "Fantastic Four" casting puzzle seems to have fallen into place. ?Several Hollywood trades are reporting that producers have put a face to the villain in the upcoming comic book adaptation. ?Ray Liotta? ?Bruce Willis? ?Dr. Phil? ?Who is going to play the man behind the metal mask?

Julian McMahon (TV's "Charmed" and "Nip/Tuck") will suit up to play the villain in "Fantastic Four," getting the offer over well-known actors like Ray Liotta and Tim Robbins. The deal is not final yet, but sources indicate that it will be soon, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Dr. Doom is a huge role for the actor's first studio feature, but Hollywood producers have faith in the Aussie actor, as evidenced by the current Dr. Doom offer and his presence on the list of possible James Bond replacements.
Tim Story ("Barbershop") will direct "Fantastic Four" and the rest of the cast can be seen by following the link below.
The film is due out next summer.

No matter who they cast for now on to be in the film. Jessica Alba will still ruin it all.

Is this going to be a made for TV movie? Because by the look of the casting I'd say it's turning out that way.

In all seriousness -- Only a kick-ass storyline & special-effects up the wazoo can save this (IMHO) not so great casting job. Make the film "dark" and moody.

I'm sorry, but I can't see this thing having the budget for any kick-ass CGI and special FX's.
