McTiernan Chooses DIE HARD 4!?!

Director John McTiernan ("Die Hard," "Die Hard with a Vengeance," "Predator") has decided to direct "Die Hard 4: Die Hardest," instead of "Rambo 4," according to MovieHole. ?The director is still undecided regarding "Shrek 4," "Kill Bill vol. 4," "Back to the Future 4," and the remake of "1984."

There is no word on who will direct the next chapter in the "Rambo" series, but producers are still clinging to a Summer 2006 release date.

"Die Hard 4: Die Hardest" is slated to hit theaters next summer. ?And yes, Bruce Willis will be playing John McClane. ?[insert joke about terrorists seizing the nursing home shuffleboard court].

The story centers on John McClane and his daughter, who are on vacation and get involved in a terrorist plot.

John McTiernan directed the first and third "Die Hard" movies--also known as the two good "Die Hard" movies. ?He also directed Governor Ah-nold in "Predator," and was at the helm for the movie "Basic."

I think they should offer the audition to Jessica Simpson to play the role of Bruce willis's daughter. She would be a great one. Not just for the people that would be sitting in the theater but also it would actually make the project work out beautifully. the movie itself could make over trillions of dollars from the way how her part would turn out to be. not just that she has that kindof talent. and would make out to be a great actress for that part. not just for her songs but also for her talent in front of people in hollywood and on stage together. Brittany spears I don't really know if she would be good for it as well. But I know jessica simpson would really automatically fit for that part.

does anyone agree with me that director John McTiernan should give that part to jessica simpson? she has a wonderful voice. i'm sure she can definetly act. she has the talent from the newlyweds. if she didn't she wouldn't be filming dukes of hazzards as of right now. well right now she is filming it. directors seem to think she is doing fantastic and way too good for it. does anyone agree that this man should offer her the part as john mcclane's daughter in die hard 4?

Right...Jessica can sing, but that does not translate to acting. Think Dukes of Hazard. Did anyone actually go to the theater and see that movie? I mean, come on! That movie has been out on DVD for quite some time now and I still refuse to rent it! So, in conclusion, bag the Jessica Simpson idea--forever!
