Dig the Batnews. This may or may not be the first description of the Begins teaser trailer. It sounds legit. Check it.
Black screen, The WB logo fades in. It stays on screen for a few seconds, A little longer than normal, Then it fades to black. The black screen also stays for a few moments, then quietly some of the theme starts to play (I'm not too certain but I think it's the same theme they've used in the past for Batman trailers, But I defiantly know it was music from the Burton film).
After about 10-15 seconds of darkness a complete white frame fades in, Then it looks blurry, Then we start to see shades of blue, Then it totally fades in. It's a very wide shot of a snowbound mass of land, with a small figure walking towards the camera (I kept thinking what the hell is this? They just must be using Batman music). Then it was an upclose shot of Bale, He falls into the snow. He starts coughing.
There is some voice-overs of different people, mainly Neeson. There are flashes of the rest of the cast, Bale talking about his fears, what drives him. Then We see a man slip on a strange looking gas mask. Very German/Nazi WW2 looking for the design of the mask. Probably the Scarecrow. A black screen, Batman standing on top of a building then jumping falling down towards the screen. Flashes of a fast moving train, What looks like a huge black tank and a helicopter and police cars. A few more flashes of some fast paced car action.
There are a few shots of the city (Which look very dark and pretty rough, Very unfinished). Then Bale's eyes appear over the skyline, Which fades into Bale's face in the Batman mask.
Then a black screen and the new bat logo fades in, kinda old school with a rusted finish. It slowly moves towards the screen with a bass dropping drone. The credits fade in "Next Summer it Begins."

From what I've seen as to the unveiling of the new Batmobile thus far I don't see this movie doing well at all. The same mistake was made with the American version of Godzilla. Overall Godzilla was a decent movie about a giant lizard recking havok in NYC, the problem was they named it Godzilla. Everyone who's ever been a fan of Godzilla knew that after seeing that movie it came up severly short and we felt ripped off. I fear the same fate awaits the new Batman film. When are the directors/Hollywood gonna get it into their feeble money hungry minds that the fans of the bat don't want some new invention of Batman, or cheesey neon lights or the like but what we want is Batman.. The DARK KNIGHT.. PG-13 or dare I say it... R. Tim Burton came the closest with Batman 1 and then who knows what the heck happened. D.C comics could learn a GREAT DEAL from what Marvel has done and is doing (Spider-Man anyone?) and just give us the fans of THE COMIC BOOK... what we want to pay our money to see... the rest will be history. Mark my words on this... the Batman film will suffer and Hollywood would have yet again turned what should be an AWSOME movie based on an UNBELIEVABLY AWSOME CHARACTER into utter garbage and then find themselves scratching their heads wondering what the heck happened and why.

I think its too early to make a judgement on the movie but I will say that any time you have someone like Katie Holmes in a Batman movie its a bad idea.

The guy who gave that trailer description was obviously making it up, there's no way they'd show even half of what he said in just a teaser trailer.

HULK wasn't boring, it just wasn't mindless action. It was purposeful. For the OP to hinge his view of this new Batman films on the Batmobile means that he must think that FRANK MILLER's DARK KNIGHT RETURNS sucked b/c of the "Batmobile" in that classic graphic novel...please.
It will come down to three things: a commitment to the Frank Miller-revision of Batman, a script that reflects that, and great acting.
Period.

whats with the hating on holmes,i never watched the poopers creek but she has shown good stuff just in small parts like go, i believe, and of course the best being in the gift, which she gives a nice one, interesting acting and very nice boobs, but I doubt the movie will even slightly hinge on her character, but you never know

unfortunately, as a very very big fan, i have to agree that the hulk was decent, but terrible, and it was boring,or a lot of it was, purpouseful? how so? it just wasn't made well, comic panel style was retarded and blew any chance of trying to feel "in the movie" plus more but i'll stop babbling for now

This doesn't sound promising at all. It's bad enough we have to put up with Christian Bland as the Caped Crusader, but using the theme music from the Burton classics is insulting and suggests the people behind this project are insensitive clods with no ideas of their own. As for the new-look Batmobile, Keaton must be thrilled he doesn't have to be seen in it...

I'm the same guy that made the post (somewhere above) about Godzilla and how Hollywood should learn their lesson. Anyway, mark my words, Batman Begins is going to more than likely suck. A good if not GREAT movie can be shown by audience members going to re-see the movie for a 2nd time and so on and so forth. Sure, alot of people will go to see Batman Begins when it opens on the simple basis that its a Batman film and hope to God that this one will be able to recover and rebuild the mock of a royale mess up the Batman franchise has gone through. Lets just see how many people will actually re-see the movie, there is where the real PROOF of just how good this movie will be shall await. For the moron who tried to "educate" me on the Spider-Man film regarding the genetically altered spider in relation to the comic version radioactive spider, it wasn't necessary. I am a huge fan of Spider-Man and have been collecting his comics since I was a kid (which more than likely you are) but the FACT is that the Spider-Man movie stayed TRUE to the core and essence of what and WHO Spider-Man actually is and the actors that were selected did a huge success of actually bringing the characters to life, and believe me when I say that it helps big time that the director was/is a big fan of the Spider-Man comics himself. Oh hell, forget my words about it, the proof in the pudding was and is in the audience re-seeing the film... thats happening for a damn good reason (the public actually re-paying what it costs to see a movie nowadays makes a huge statement) and D.C had better get on the freakin bandwagon or get left in the dust. Damnit... its so difficult living on the same planet with individuals who are morons and are just getting out of puberty.

you know, i hear all of you saying that either the batman movie is going to suck or its going to rock. This movie is going to be different and granted it may not be as true to the comic book as people would like to see but what movie is? i think personally it will be better then The past few batmans where he had big rubber nipples. atleast it will give alittle more structure to the whole franchise. i dont know, maybe you should just go see it and quit makeing judgments on something you really dont have any cule about.

Well the first 2 batman films (Batman and Batman returns) were very dark and gothic , and and that's what the new one looks like, we'll just have to see how good it's gonna be. Batman Forever had a good image as well, and was also entertaining. One would feel that this film will be in the same rank as the first 2 seeing how the director Christopher Nolan directed such films as Insomina and Memento. I for one am hoping that it wont be corny as hell and the one with the govenator. Oh ! and by the way if u have Batman and Robin on DVD or whatever, before u burn it watch the begining scene when robin comes flying into the measeaum on his bike there's a fucking robin logo in the back round i mean come on! Now that was one of teh worst comic book movies of all time along with the hulk.

Alright so I was just looking around to see if there was any new information on Batman Begins because I've been following the movie pretty faithfully since I heard that it was being made, and especially when I Found out that Christopher Nolan was directing. I stumbled upon this site to only find what is most likely a bogus description of a so called trailer for the movie and then a bunch of people judging the movie off of that description. I don't know how that even makes sense to say that the movie is going to suck when the only evidence that some of the above people are working off of is the look of the batmobile, which they don't like because it doesn't look just like the comic book. Here's a thought, get over it. As far as I have read of the screenplay description and the reviews of it this movie has far more potential than it is being credited for, so how bout we all wait until something like an announcement that McG is directing the movie or something before we start saying that it's going to fail.

Well then why don't you try and EXPLAIN how this movie is straying from the comic's "roots?" It's awfully hard to talk with someone who says this film should be "more like Marvel" when X-Men pretty much did the same thing this film is doing. Less glitz, simpler costumes, and more drama.
I seem to remember X-Men doing pretty well so why don't you enlighten us as to why THIS film won't?

this batman is going to rock!!! the casting is amazing! michael caine as alfred! YES! scare crow as the villian! BOO YEAH! chris nolan is a great director, granted he has made some papp in the past but with the right story he kicks ass, memento anyone? the batmobile is kinda cheezy, i agree but first off that may be just a first design or an off road version and secondlly, even if it is the only one throghout the film...so fucking what, you cant make every one happy all the time. what they seem to be doing is taking it back to the burton style(momment of silence please)with a more rustic feel. i have faith and so should all you naysayers out there, besides nothing can be as bad as batman and robin.

Mariah Carey? You can sing but u sure got a brain of an Anna Nicole Smith. If you've ever read the comics or watch the Batman animated series than u know Bale was the PERFECT choice for Bruce wayne/Batman. He got one thing CAN act not saying Keaton can't act cause he was the BEST Batman ever. Also to prove that Bale CAN act go watch Equilibrium, American Physco, and the Machinist. If you studied the way he acts and his facial expression it matches a REAL Bruce Wayne and a Batman. One movie that PROVES Bale can pull off a DARK and BROODING Batman is by watching American Psycho. So go get the facts about Bale before making harsh judgements on him. Geeze. I gurantee you, once u see Bale in "Batman Begins" u'll forget about every harsh and cold words you said about him, its a promise. If you've read the script that was leaked months back then you'll know this will definitely be the BEST live-action Batman movie ever. With a awesom director directing 2 outstanding movies: Memento and Insomia, a screenwriter which was an ex-Batman comicbook writer, and a all-star cast you know this isn't a failure. I can also gurantee you the movie WILL NOT use Danny Elfman's theme but a new and better theme. I too think it will be low and disrepectful to use the old theme. By saying that Katie Holmes playing the part of Rachel Dobson in Batman Begins is saying Kristen Dunst will never play a good Mary jane Watson in Spider-Man. What now? I agree with you on that man. This will indeed be the BEST live-action Batman movie ever. I mean everything excluding the new Batmobile/Tumbler is just PERFECTION. First of all, get your facts about the film before making judgements because you have ABSOLUTELY nothing to argue about and you have no knowledge of what ur talking about. Second, if you've read the script then you'll KNOW that Batman Begins(oh yea this is a RESTART of the Batman franchise if some of you didn't know which means a ORIGIN story...for all you noneducated peeople)already HAS an outstanding storyline and plot. Even though I don't agree that Ra's Al Ghul should've been the villain in a origin story but its still cool and plus Scarecrow is FINALLY going to be on the silver screen. Last thing, stop thinking this will be a TIM BURTON or JOEL SCHUMACHER Batflick because its NOT. This is a NOLAN film and a whole NEW Batman movie. This movie is living it up to the Batman comics so dont' say it isn't. Anyone who knows anything about movies knows that the music they use in the trailer for a film is never the actual music for the film. This is because the soundtrack is one of the last parts of the movie to be done and trailers always come out a while before the movie's actual release.

Nolan is a genius. I'm tired of hearing everyone compare this film to the other ones. It's Nolan starting all over and doing exactly what should have been done years ago. I'm not sure how many there will be, but I DO KNOW that they will all be masterpieces.

I totally agree with you. This is a restart and this has no connection the previous 4 films. So NOBODY should take this as a prequel nor a sequel. Whole new cast, director, screenwriter just everything is new. Everything is just perfect right now and are going really well. I won't say it'll be a masterpiece but it WILL BE a GREAT movie that can match with Spdier-Man 2. As for how many they will make...Bale, Caine, and Oldman are all signed up for THREE FILMS. But Nolan and Goyer aren't signed for 3 but if all goes WELL you can rest assure that they will signed up again. I'm just hoping they do more than 3 with the same cast/crew because the 1st film WILL do well. I have faith in "Batman Begins" and so should all you BATFANS.. YEA.....

What you talking about? If your saying the trailer for AvP is going to be linked to the Batman Begins movie then I have to say your so so wrong. The AvP movie comes out WAY BEFORE the BB movie so why would a movie that already came out months and months ago have a trailer shown on BB? I think as long as the new film has that aged, chiaroscuro (Rembrandt, Caravaggio) look they used in the Godfather movies, it should give it the right atmosphere.

The truth is no one really nows how this movie will turn out. We can only guess....buy I have to say after reading the script multiple times, I am very excited for this new begining to the Batman series. I have great faith in Chris Nolan's interpritation of the comic book.

Well all of us are going to see where this movie will go when the teaser comes out on Friday in theaters attached to "I, Robot." It being 1 min and 5 sec probably will be long enough to see what Nolan is doing with the movie. I'm expecting to see a good view of the new Gotham city(hoping it is dark and gritty enough but not over the top like Burton's first 2 films), scenes of Batman flying around with his grappler and also throwing his batarangs, and just everything else that is good about the film. The good are of course the great great cast so I would be happy to see some scenes with Gordan and Alfred.

Well, I've heard that I, Robot will have a trailer for Batman Begins shown before it and that's coming out around the same time as AvP. However, I think the guy was saying that he thought Batman Begins will have Aliens and Predators in it, in which case I think he's getting it confused with Dead End.

Ok Tim burton is a great producer i love his movies, however i feel he should have never done the first 2 batman movies, and i feel Keaton, Should not have been batman as well. He didn't look like a "Bruce Wayne" Or a "Batman" and he just seemed as if he was Trying to hard To portray the complex character of both Bats and Bruce. Keaton is a great actor but the role of the bat just shouldn't have been him. Also the ratings for the previous movies should have never been pg-13, it should have been R from the start. When taking into consideration of the madman that bats faces on a regular basis in the comics,we know it should have been R from the Very start.
As Silent_azn said before If you look at his performance alone in American Psycho Bale is the only one at this point who can believably pull off the role of the bat. He is in better phsycal conditon than keaton ever was. The point is this. The story/idea/theory of batman is one of darkness & loss of innocence in my opinion the movie will be better then the ones before despite what the batmobile looks like now.
And as for the new Batmobile.... it is representive of how militant bats was when frank miller was involved with the story.
While burton came pretty close with his Goth versions they still didn't come close to how dark the comics are. And i believe Nolan is the man to make it that dark.
Next year the Bat will Rise And Conquer!!!!!!!

A great director at the helm (who has a tendency to make movies about the dark side of human nature, and portray them in a visually captivating way) a great cast: bale - perfect for the role, has the physical capability (american psycho) while still looking good in a suit, plus he doesnt even like super hero movies, he likes horror movies, thatll make his character darker; gary oldman - great actor when he's given a good script, and just the right age for a ripe gordon - pre-commissioner; katie holmes - where she belongs, in small dark roles (teaching ms. tingle, etc...), she has a dark side, and when it shows, its great acting; morgan freeman - great when in his element; ken wanatabe, liam neesen, and cillian murphy (especially since he's done horror) all have terrific performances on their resumes. as far as the batmobile goes - it should look like a military design, bruce wayne didnt design the original in this storyline, he came across a scrapped military vehicle. the fact that it can actually do everything it portrays in the movie makes it that much more real. All of the images that have been revealed have been dark and gritty, gotham is a sewer as it should be. taking a lot of ideas form batman year one is a great basis, nobody is better at capturing batman than frank miller, not even alex ross. the badsuit is back where it needs to be, completely black - what person is afraid of yellow paint and rubber nipples, plus there is an actual back story to it, and it is designed to increase the strength of the user, once again making batman that much more feasible. from the reviews ive read of the script, this movie has actually nailed the the most important part, the trials and background that creates batman. i dont see any stumbling blocks. the best thing they can do for the series is to go for an r rating. batman is one of the most troubled and dark characters ever written about, no 13 year old should ever have to see what he dishes out as punishment due to his inner torture. I loved the first two batman movies, i think the series didnt go wrong til tim burton decided not to come back. i think it was perfect for its time, but i think that its time for a grittier, edgier & more realistic batman. which appears to be exactly what nolan is working towards. even the symbol is dark and rusty, while simple yet disturbing. no promises, but i expect this to be the definitive batman movie. i dont think you can give a movie a better chance than what this one has, hopefully they wont squander it. as for you naysayers, stay home, no one else cares if you see the movie, they just want to enjoy it for themselves. I for one will do exactly that.

Well those movies were especially aggrevating because it's not like the studio Really cared about their project and wanted to do the movie right, It was all about money, actors who were hot that year and big named producers.
The Fact that Havey Dent Was black in the first one (Billy D. Williams) and all of a sudden he is white in the third one(Tommy Lee Jones) shows in itself how much WB were really about the money. and then in batman and robin batgirl is alfred's niece?? boy was that far from the truth.They keep basing the characters of the 60's t.v. show. the riddler was and is not a giggling ass.
OH!! let's jump back a bit to Forever A grown man adopting another grown man??? what is that about?
they should have only introduced Dick grayson in that movie, and he should have been atleast thirteen.

Totally agree with what you've typed. The reasons why the last two Batman movies were so awful to put in was mostly because of the bad casting and somewhat of a bad storyline. As thewatcher said Chris O' Donell was way too old for the role of Robin and also Alicia Silverstone turning into the niece of Alfred was way way off. I thought Barbara's last name was Gordon so wasn't she suppose to be Jim Gordon's daughter? One thing really bothered me the most about the last two films was Gotham turning into Las Vegas with lots and lots of neon lights. Alright this is GOTHam we're talking about and the city is suppose to be dark and gothic. I'm not saying Joel Schumacher nor WB should've stayed with the goth Burton had in Batman Returns but that was way over the top. But they could've just tone it down just a tiny bit. Last it seems like the citizens of Gotham all turned into mental demwitts. Now WB is doing this movie right and finally giving us the Batfans something to worth smiling about.

Yes i agree with the comment on having plenty of potential. My earlier statement were my way of voicing my frustrations with the on screen adaptations of my favorite DC Character. Though i feel in my gut that Begins is in no way related to the previous,I still worry that it won't be what it says it will be. But..If it walks and talks like a duck...

The last Dark Night Film "Batman & Robin" did not satisfy many viewers including me. I don't think this fim can get any worse than that. On the other hand it would be interesting to see the complete story of Batman on the big screen because the first film "Batman" in 1989 did not. Even though it was still a great movie.

This movie is going to suck... mark my words on that. I AM a serious Batman FAN but will in NO WAY try to hope in a movie such as this to breath the type life into Batman that he should rightfully have. I am a huge fan of Frank Miller's Batman comics I even have a rare edition comic called "Gotham By Gaslight" in which the setting of Gotham City is back in the time's of old when gaslights were used and The Dark Knight went up against Jack The Ripper (very nicely done and thrilling). This film will in NO WAY compare to Spider-Man 2 (only in the fact that its based on a comic book charatcter). Nevertheless I will go see this film and I do hope that I AM PROVED WRONG as I very much want the Bat up to par and holding his own as one of D.C Comics greatest characters. As for the mo-mo who made the comment on Batman Returns being good... that movie was God Awful! The Penguin was ridiculous and looked more monstrous than a very intelligent master mind criminal.. hell the entire feel to the movie had more of a "The Nightmare Before Christman" feel than anything. I hated Catwoman and looking back I think that most people enjoyed that film due to the fact that they were kids. The first Batman movie is a true classic and worthy of staying on my comic book movie shelf but every other Batman movie after that one (as if I really had to even type this, you all know deep down that what I'm saying is true... you in denial morons) was DANK and just a waste of a great idea that could have had loads of potential. I think that its great that they are trying to start all over (as they should) but the bottom line is D.C Comics is in no way a match for Marvel (FACT) and the last TRULY GREAT comic book character movie that D.C has ever done was Superman The Movie & Superman 2. The first Batman in all actuality didn't even compare with that masterpiece of a film. D.C had better get it together but ALOT is riding on Batman Begins and if they manage to screw this up it will truly be THE END as fans are growing tired of attempts to bring the Batman to his rightful place of glory. The majority of you people are like hopeless lemmings and not really worth my typing time to reply to but its a free country with freedom of speech and opinions as well and the above stated is mine. Both of the batman movies directed by tim burton were very well done, but there is plenty of room for improvement. With the potential bb has, it could be the revival of the legacy, or it could fail. But i'd personally rather look at the positive aspects of the movie, which you obviously haven't stopped to consider. First off, the batmobile goes very well with the story line - a scrapped military project... i can go with that, especially since it is functional, and doesnt pretend to climb walls. it actually reminds me a lot of the batmobile from frank miller's the dark night returns. I think Batman Begins may have the best actors in Hollywood even Oscar worthy ones except ofcourse for Katie Holmes I'm sorry but I just can't see a Dawson's Creek actress fitting in a Batman movie just like that chick who couldn't play a decent Bat Girl years ago. I think shes the type that can ruin a movie just like Jessica Alba in Fantastic Four and Jennifer Connely putting no effort in The Hulk because some actress's just don't belong in a comic book movie. I might have believed she could pull off a decent part but I just don't think she will give the role any heart or soul. Yes I know that you will immediately compare her to Kirstin Dunst but she never did any teen soap operas plus she was more fit for the role because any other actress would have mismatched with Tobey. I would rather see Halle Berry in this movie than Katie.

Yes, Tim Burton is undoubtedly a great producer. You know what though, he's an even better DIRECTOR. So long as he's not doing a big budget studio movie. Like Batman. Batman Returns. Mars Attacks. Planet of the Apes. Then he tends to suck. I much prefer his smaller, more personal feeling films. Ed Wood. Edward Scissorhands. Nightmare before Christmas. Big Fish.

Sorry guys but I got the news yesterday night. I've found out from BOF(Batman on Film) that the Batman Begins teaser/trailer won't come out for Catwoman neither. But the ComicCon is next week so for all fo you who are attending it good news for you. David Goyer and Cillian Murphy is going to be there presenting something that has to do with Batman Begins. Since theres nothing really to show but the teaser/trailer then some people might already be able to get a clue about the film. ComicCon will have more big celebrities there and they're going to show something about their upcoming movies. But if some of you aren't attending the event then don't worry cause the 2nd week of August The Exorcist: The Beginning will open up for WarnerBros. and the BB teaser/trailer is going to show with it. This is NOT A RUMOR or a GUESS...its FACT that the teaser will 100% be shown with the movie. So keep your eyes peal for it on August.

Hey I was reading post up at BOF like I always do and I saw this new one. The post had the description of the NEW trailer of the REAL ONE this time and it doesn't sound legit like the last 2 we read. But enough of me talking yourselves seeing if it sounds like the actual thing now. Since the trailer of Batman Begins has already been made but not released. Here it is:
Here's a shot by shot (stylistically, the films look is raw &bleak, in fact it looks a lot like Nolan's 'Insomnia'...funny that, being the same cinematographer...)
Anyway -
The silvery warners Logo appears (like the Harry potter one)
(Christian Bale's voice narrates the trailer in a raspy, low voice)
* "They told me there was nothing out there"
A low angle shot tracking in front of a bleak rainswept wayne manor. It appears to be a wake. A few people mill about with black umbrellas.
*"they told me there was nothing to fear"
Shot of Alfred (caine) with an umbrella, standing in the rain with a young Bruce next to him.
* Low angle shot looking up from the bottom of a well
- A silhouetted young boy falls through the boarded up opening, he drops down towards the camera, debris flying about him.
* back to close up of small boy in the rain next to Alfred.
"but the night my parents were murdered i caught a glimpse of something..."
*flash cut to a terrified young Bruce cowering in terror, he is partially splattered in blood..
*"....I've looked for it ever since" - an adult Bruce walks slowly along a rainy dock looking out over the ocean. Fades out.
*shot of a rugged iceland mountain range.
*bruce's lonely figure climbs to the top of a snowy mountain range and begins to walk down the other side towards a lonely settlement.
*"I went around the world....searched in all the shadows"
In the barren, icey tundra Bruce enters what looks like a tibetan village, it's desolate, run down, delapidated...
*"and there is something out there in the darkness".
In a blizzard, Bruce climbs a stone stairway to a hilltop monastery.
*"something terrifying..."
Bruce enters the monastery in a shot similar to Aragorn entering King Theodan's keep at Helm's deep in The Two Towers - pushing two massive doors open, light shafts in etc...
*"...that will not stop until it gets revenge"
A feral looking Bruce sits in a dungeon like room, he's dishevelled, dirty.
A shadowy figure moves towards him - we do not see it's face - Bruce's head snaps around to see the assailant - the music climaxes - cut to black -there is a long pause...
*shot of Christian Bale's face , he says: "me"
There is a flash frame of the picture we've already seen - a brooding, costumed Batman in dramatic lighting -cuts to black - out of the blackness comes the rust coloured, revamped bat logo - no title - it says "summer 2005'"

I think it would be kinda cool to have Adam Wset and/or Burt Ward make a small cameo as Stan Lee does in the marvel movies. I'm sure Bob Kane (the guy who created Batman) would do it but I think he's been dead for a while.

I don't know much about Batman's comic book history, but I do know about Spider-Man's and all my complaints about the Spider-Man movie had nothing to do with its loyalty to the comic book. I just hope the director of Batman Begins doesn't make it gay.

Well this is a teaser for god sake...what do you expect from a teaser? Teasers aren't suppose to be give out that much of the movie...I think this teaser is great. I'm sad that it didn't had that much scenes of Batman nor the other big cast but this is a TEASER NOT A INTERNATIONAL TRAILER. When the trailer comes out you'll be more satisfied with that.

The first trailer to be released for any big film like this is always a teaser trailer, a T-E-A-S-E-R trailer meaning that it's not going to have all the fast paced action and excitement of a final trailer. I remember the teaser for Spiderman was basically the camera zipping around the logo, that was it, there's just no way the teaser for Batman Begins would show as much as this guy claims.

I am a huge fan of The Bat you dingleberry hanging twad. I have been a fan of The Batman since my childhood years in which I have collected in my keep a very large amount of his comic books. I just don't really think in my superb opinion that this "Batman Begins" film will have any real staying power at the box office. Oh it will do tremendously well at the box office on opening day as millions of baffoons crowd the theartres in hopes that this film will somehow provide them a hope that Warner Bros would have finally made things right with the Batman franchise by starting from scratch... but the problem is THEY STILL JUST DON'T GET IT. They still are making a cardinal mistake with this world renowned comic book D.C hero and legend (a mistake that Sam Raimi corrected in the Spider-Man sequal and profitted immensely from due to true audience appreciation... then again it helped that Mr. Raimi was/is a fan of Spider-Man himself) and this you circus monkeys... this will result in this film to never reach the true potential that deserves to be with this character. Oh and for the ingenious ignoramus who so eloquently suggested that me mum should have swallowed the load that made me... try being a bit more creative, someone has already said that to me already. Then again you and your kind of people can't really help but copy the typing styles of other nimwits being that your kind usually holds the intellect of either a head or lettuce or a yam. Agree, this is a teaser you know. Teasers aren't suppose to give you that much of the movie. Its normal for you to be disappointed by it because its a TEASER. I thought the teaser was awesome....Bale's voice was really great. If you're looking for some footage of batman moving wait til the international trailer comes out. I'm guranteeing it'll be 2 min and somethnig seconds. It's a well made teaser so there nothing to be bitchin about.

1st off,
Yeah the films star is in comparison with the only decent batman-keaton, kilmer okay but go sit in a box.
the guy bale is a talented actor, as mentioned grim dark sadistic and also very humane, ideal batman material both physically and mentally, the suit seems very Judgment on gotham which I think is a great reflection, the tortured soul (as pictured sitting in a tree reflecting is bale officbat.com)He is surrounded by other greats freeman, neeson, this Scarecrow Character is new, I have not read Dark knight plan 2. I think there is an mind picture displayed of him in Judge on Gotham where a Judge anderson ESP delves into his mind to see various archnemesis's in different states of dillema 4 batman sometime oranother. I think he has a huge nose!!!!something remninscent of that.
The Car;
Chicks dont give a shit about the car as long as the general male consensus does, if the big chevy type orig mobile in wests batan got a buzz, this new humbie-very practical realistic-type will too, Think about it the others seemed sleek and fast versatile by driving up walls splitting in 2 and otrher various states of transformation, I know this is superhero world where anything goes but when a car sprouts a shell like a transformer in the year 1980-90 whatever (as in keatons caped crus) THEN ITS as far fetched as catwoman being licked out by cats into states of superpowerhieghtedness
No this film will be successful beacause of bale, holmes is just a piece of eye candy as was Basinger, fitted nice and a great vilian to boot and one we aint seen even better. Great Suit not mentioning superfilous pappilla, no big banana signs and dark edgy original feel , the last coupla batfilms felt where animated up cartoonish like videogames, lights everywhere, all glam, over artdeco, no stick to good old GOTH am.
