What is the significance of May 4th? The 14th is George Lucas's birthday. Perhaps that might have been what you were going for?

Yes, there will be a major battle in the opening scene of the next movie. The movie will be named Birth of the Empire and will come out May 19th, 2005 in the U.S. and Canada, but in July for Japan. Yes, Anakin will appear in his Vader outfit at the end.
What will REALLY happen

...And yes, it won't be called that.
Obi-wan and Anakin get into a big lightsabre fight with each other on a volcano planet and Anakin falls into a pit of lava, Obi-wan thinks he's dead so he leaves but Palpatine and his troopers come and fish him out. He then gets put in his Darth Vader suit to keep him alive. The film ends on a spaceship with Palpatine betraying Dooku and loads of other sith lords plus General Grevious too and there's a huge fight. Obi-wan, Yoda and baby Luke and Leia escape with the help of a female bounty hunter who owns the Millenium Falcon and they drop Leia off at Alderan where the king adopts her and they drop Yoda off on the swamp planet. Obi-wan then takes Luke to Tatooine where he'll be looked after by his aunt and Uncle and the last shot is of him holding Luke with the desert behind them.
