More BATMAN casting news for you kids. Looks like International actor Ken Watanabe, who is nominated for a supporting Oscar for his work in The Last Samurai, will play the villain RA?s AL-GHUL (in Arabic means "the demon's head") in the upcoming Christopher Nolan helmed Batman franchise film. In other news Viggo Mortensen denies any involvement.
So far this is what we have for a cast:
Ken Watanabe Ra's al Ghul (Villian)
Liam Neeson Ducard (Bruce Wayne's Mentor)
Morgan Freeman Lucius Fox (CEO Bruce Wayne's Company)
Katie Holmes Unnamed Female Lead (Rachel?)
Cillian Murphy Unnamed Villain (Scarecrow?)
Michael Caine Alfred Pennyworth (Loyal Butler)
Christian Bale Bruce Wayne/Batman (Caped Crusader)
Getting worked up? That's the idea!

To play an Arab, nothing better than a JAPANESE!!!!!
For the record, I have nothing against Watanabe, just the casting dudes.

Bale sounds pretty good for Batman though, also filming is already underway in Norway.
