In another case of tyranny and bullshit, actor and comedian Tommy Chong got nailed and was convicted for conspiring to sell drug paraphernalia and sentenced to nine months in prison. Make'em your bitch Squirrel Master!

hey i live in ontario and we have stores called "Buda buda" and "its all good" and right in the front window there are the exact things that he was selling on the web i dont understand how he can sell it on the web and get charged for it while we sell it in stores legaly here in canada its pretty messed up

I am astonished and Appauled at this- I can go to a local Head Shop Right this Minute ,and Purchase a Bong over the Counter-you can Buy Marijuanna seeds at 420.com-Yet mr.Chong cannot sell objects of ART on the internet-Scuse me,WHAT Year is  this? It was ART! I am deeply Saddened to hear of this.Where is the ACLU?? this violates about every right he has-canadian born or not-He LIVES here! Has  for many years.Probably enjoys duel citizenship-well- I bet he hates bein an american right now!I  hope he appeals this  to the Supreme Court!

This is bul sh*t, he is a great comedian and he has to put up with this sh*t. He was doing lots of people favors to disdribut this parafenilia and the government screws him over. F**K THE GOVERNMENT
