Holy casting news! American Psycho star Christian Bale has been picked to star as Bruce Wayne in a Christopher Nolan's new Batman movie which begins shooting early next year. I'm sure the DT poll had a lot to do with the decision.

he posses a lot of qualities bruce has. great call on choosing him for the role. he also is in shape physically which hepls in the overall affect. i feel he will bring new life to the role of batman and considering he is still young id say sign him on for atleast 3 sequels.

Excellent choice.  He is a great actor with the ability to play intense emotion and great warmth.  Also great physical type, I can't wait to see the finished project.

He'll bring something special to the characters of Batman and Bruce Wayne.  Now then, give him the role of James Bond people.  THAT would be something to see as well.
