It's a movie about football soccer. A girl wants to play it but her family doesn't let her. The title it's because the girl's idol is David Beckham, star of England squad (and Victoria "Spice Girl" Adams husband), whose speciality is throwing powerful curved shots (as a matter of fact, that's the only thing he does). So, if she want to play great, she should "bend it like Beckham". It's british humor.

Yes. Brasil was in a group with China, Turkey, and Costa Rica, teams without any history in the World Cup (first two were debutants) and Argentina was put with England, when the usual is that this last nation get a group of his own.

I think it's to do with the seeding system and FIFA always f*ck it up. I think it's decided on whether or not your team is seeded on how they performed in previous world cups which, considering that the tornament is every 4 years and the squad of players for each country is completely different, is just plain stupid. Having said that, Turkey weren't a bad team, they came 3rd overall.
