First of all, if you were really from Argentina, you weren't using the "usted", but the "vos". It's what separate us from the other spanish talkers.
Second, Start Menu ? Programs ? Accesories ? System Tools ? Character Map. Take a peek.

Dude, what news channels are you watching? I've seen imagery of innocent iraqi's dying, one little kid had to be flown to Britain for a life saving operation after his arms were blown off, they was another where the cameraman got hit and you could see blood dripping down the lense- all nasty stuff, but I also saw the adulation of the Iraqi citizens and the joy they showed as Saddams regium fell and the statues of him were pulled down. You can only have an objective view if you see it from all sides.
