T1 and T2 were two GREAT films. Now I hope that T3 will be just as good, if not better! I hate it when I go to see a movie where I think that it is going to be a hit, and then after I finish watching the it, I end up wishing that I never wasted my damn $10.00 and those few hours of my life on a peace of crap of a movie!! I am a big fan of the Terminator legacy, and I'll be very dissapointed, as well as many other loyal fans, if the movie turns out to be a total flop! Here is a word of advice; keep the movie as it always was, rated R, and do not make it PG-13! I know many of you fans will agree with me on this one. I wish James Cameron could have directed T3. Nevertheless, I hope Jonathan Mastow does a great job in directing this movie. Give us fans our moneys worth!!!!

Sorry but having a chick as the bad terminator is just wrong. When I was little and I saw the first terminator, arnold scared the sh#t out of me. If I were young and to see a hot chick as the bad termintor then I would probably wet myself but with a different thought in mind.
using sombody else's success

jonothan mastow is a dick. last night i checked out some of his work and it sucked why the hell would the morons at wb hire a duche bag like that to continue the terminator legacy? he's just building on the success of james cameron to get his name noticed. at least when jim did aliens he already had past success with the termintor.

firstly i'm excited and eagerly awaiting to watch T3. But i'm very disappointed that its not JAMES CAMERON who is directing this movie.
This came to me as a surprise as i was thinking it was James who is directing it.
may T3 live upto what the world is waiting for.

I cant wait till T3 comes out. I hope they improved the storyline and special FX. I also hope they keep the concept simple as woould James Cameron did with the concept of the T-1000. But most importantly, the background music had better not been changed into modern rock music. Like the movie T2, they kept the movie in sync with the orchestral music. MUSIC PLAYS A BIG ROLE FOR THE AUDIENCE!!!!

I've been waiting since 91 to see T3. I loved the both the first two so much that I cried when Arnold"T-800" perished into the liquid steel. Of course I was only 5yrs. I also wanted to tell you I went to a Video game showcase and capcom reveiled "Terminator Verus Resident Evil". Once I get more details illsend them. Jason

Listen I'm a loyal Terminator Fan and if it is rated damn PG-13 i will b seriously pissed i have waited lyk 10 yrs for this movie i remember seeing T2 and goin they gota make a 3, but if it is not R i will b so pissed as will millions of others across this country and the world. And also i feel uncomfortable with Mostow at the helm of this movie i honestly don't think any1 can do the terminator job other than cameron i mean he ain't even writing it, and Cameron a msg 4 u i can't believe u sold the rights to this amazing series, if the 3rd one sucks ur whole trilogy goes down the drain. And the kid that ain't old enough to watch T3 if it is R wait 4 video, there r 2 many fans excpecting 2 much here.

Terminator 2 is my alltime favourite movie, It has it all, incredible action, coolest speciale-effects to date, good and chilling story, and a very sad end.. I cried when I was 5-6 years old too. And my eyes get wet when I see it now.
Terminator 3 needs to be a good movie, we need it! The world needs another good Terminator movie! And it is going to be just that..
T3- I hope it's up to scratch

I'm a terminator fan from way back & i'm even a bigger Arnie fan so by saying that i truly hope that T3 is up to scratch. Although after seeing the trailer on the official T3 web site i think i can put my worries to rest because i personally think this could be a success. Even if James Cameron is not directing (which i'm not very happy about)but the storyline sounds good (eventhough i'm not sure how there gonna get past the whole August 29th 1997 stuff)but i hope for it's success ............... I'LL BE BACK

I have been waiting all my life to see Terminator 3. The first 2 movies by James Cameron are just unbelievable; T-2 is still my favorite to this day. James Cameron is a god a mound men. I was even spreading rumors to everyone it was going to come out before I knew there was a third movie. I had a count down on the back of my car for crying out loud. Then before I knew it I was sitting in the theater on July 1, for the seek peek movie. Like everyone has said James didn?t direct or write this one and that made me upset. T-3 was good but it would have been better with James. I was doubtful when a chick terminator was going to play the T-X but god, Kristanna Loken is one attractive, beautiful, most lovely, beautiful, I just wet my pants girl. Wow. She could terminate me any day. Anyway one thing people need to understand is consistency, if you have a sound in a movie( the background sound of the T-800 and T-1000) and every one is used to it, don?t change it or not even use it in the next. In T-3 they used every little of the themes of the terminators and that?s my favorite part. And another thing T-2 offered more of the battle in the future then T-3. T-3 showed little about the future war where everything is trashed. And the T-800 said that he was a obsolete design so why is the T-800 series roaming around in the future battles. And the ending wasn?t as good, in T-2 the lava killed the T-1000 and the T-800 became a likeable character. In T-3 the T-800 was not as likable, just ask this question to your self: Did you cry when Arnold died in the 2nd movie or the 3rd movie. It didn?t even seen like the T-X was that much better than the T-1000, if you ask my if the T-X and the T-1000 got into a fight the T-1000 would win. And here is a question for all you hardcore Terminator fans, you might know it you might not. Ok, in the first Terminator its mentioned that nothing dead will go through time travel, right remember that, but in T-2 the T-1000 travels in time and he is not alive. There is only 2 explanations for this, one in the first terminator killing the T-800 caused the future to change so that dead things could travel time. Or the 2nd reason is that the T-1000 had live flesh over his body, but we never see that. Mmmm? And in the 3rd terminator the time travel has a glass ball that never happened in the other terminators. I want to see T-4 all in the future where man kind fights the machines in the future and maybe the humans will win. Sorry for saying so much but I?m a big fan God Bless Terminator.

The Terminator Series was in my opinion one of the best ever made. They have extremly impressive effects, great actors, amazing action sequences, and are expensive to make. Terminator 2 Judgement Day, was the most expensive movie to make at the time, costing just under $200 million. Curently T2 is 2nd place to Titanic. Costing $208 million. Ever since Judgement Day, I have been waiting anxiously for #3. Having seen T3 Rise of the Machines, I personally think they did a miraculous job creating a trilagy. My only concern is they dont kill the series. Many of todays films are over done by making too many movies. The trilogy was perfect, hopefully they seal the idea and leave it at that.
T3 was fuckin ausome

In the first Terminator, Kyle said the time machine was destroyed after he went through. So, I would assume that for the second and third one, the technology had gotten better in the future allowing living things and machines to pass through. Also notice in the first one, they just appear. The second one cuts a hole around where they're going to appear (fence is burnt away along with the ground and part of a semi trailer). I would also assume in the third one that there have been more advances in technology and the time machine creates a glass ball.
