Universal Studios in association with Daybreak Productions/Prime Universe Productions has outbit two competing studios for the film rights to Spy Hunter.
I'm sure many of you are familiar with this game that rocked many a world (mine especially) in 1983, and some of you may know about the newer PS2 version. I doubt the movie will have too much in common with either of those, but for all that is known right now - the video games will give you more background than anything else.
Oh yeah, and The Rock's character's name is currently Alec Sects.

There is a god! Time to get the old games out of the closet and brush up on some classic action before this film hits the silver screen.

Wait until you hear my plan for world domination! Naturally. It's called blackmail. As you know the Royal family of Britain are the wealthiest land owners in the world. Either the royal family pays us an exorbitant amount of money or we make it seem that Prince Charles has had an affair outside of marriage and therefore would have to divorce.
Brilliant, no?
