In their third annual contest, marijuana-themed magazine High Times, has announced the nominees for their Stony Awards, celebrating the best in countercultural and marijuana-friendly filmmaking. Reuters reports the magazine has announced nominees in a variety of categories, including Stoner of the Year. The nominees in that category are Jason Mewes for Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back, Owen Wilson for Zoolander, Snoop Dogg for The Wash, and Marlon Wayans for Scary Movie 2. The Awards will be announced on March 3rd.
