As if the title of the upcoming Star Wars: Episode II movie, Attack of the Clones, wasn't hilarious enough, we get yet another piece of humor: According to a news report from the Montreal Gazette, Lucasfilm is suing the producers of a pornographic version of Star Wars, alleging that it's too similar to the scifi epic. George Lucas' production company filed a federal lawsuit against Media Market Group Ltd., the New York producers of Star Ballz, claiming copyright and trademark infringement.
The suit argues that consumers could be confused into thinking that Lucasfilm sponsored or produced the X-rated movie. But Linda Wildblood, a partner at Media Market Group, told the Gazette that her company's movie is an animation parody. "Just like Scary Movie is a spoof of horror movies, Star Ballz parodies many different movies and themes," she said. "No one in their right mind could look at it and say this is Star Wars."

Truth be told, the producers of "star Ballz" used stolen costumes from George's set. Jar Jar was getting a rim job from Chewy, while R2 watched, and played with itself. Understandably Lucas is upset.

Cum on Georgie, you know you want to watch it,
we all do, anything that mocks Lucas is worth seeing, thats what he hates,
Star Ballz getting confused with Star Wars, whatever,
wouldn't it be in a different section, wouldn't people notice that the cover shows "Leia" going down on the Emperor,
get a grip, oh wait thats right this is Lucas we are talking about

But Linda Wildblood, a partner at Media Market Group
HEHEHE I'm sure that's her stage name.
If you use the same argument that George uses here couldn't he also sue Mell Brooks for "Space Balls"? Just a thought.

Gee, do you think olde Georgie could actually be backing the porn with but a meager pittance of what he makes from the real movies (just to drum up extra box office sales for the next) from a phony lawsuit for his next extravaganza extraordinaire. One sometimes wonders, eh? Or could it be that Georgie sometimes gets confused about Scary Movie and the films it parodies?

Or, do you think the makers of Star Ballz could have done something very specific in their "parody", just to get some big...FREE... publicity?
hmmm, where could they have gotten that idea?

I saw StarBallz and thought it was one of the actual prequels! Are you telling me that when Luke Skyf*cker shows Princess Lay-her how big his lightsabre is, it is not supposed to be a proper Starwars movie!? I feel so cheated, I won't even mention Vaders shiner helmet.

Just a thought but have you ever tried switching certain words in the original Starwars movies for the word 'Pants'. You get some funny results, e.g: "I felt a great disturbence in my pants, like millions of voices crying out in terror and then were silenced. I fear something terrible has happened". "I feel the good in you father, let go of your pants!". "Luke, remove these pants so that I can look on you with my own eyes".

Has anyone else seen the quote of the day? "Everything that can be invented has been invented". What a load of crap! what about an orgasmatron device or an automactic nose-picker? what about some kind of horse-less carriage, we could call it the fully automated driv-o-matic conveyermobile! Yea man! let the protagonist rule with his iconography!!!!

Tip of the day:
Next time you're in the shower, wrap a flannel around the shower head (you can secure it with an elastic band). when the water comes out, rather than sprinklering everywhere it will come down in one long steam. Now simply hold your dick underneith this for the best orgasim of your life!

I heard that Brooks had talked to Lucasfilm about Spaceballs and the agreement was made that they could make the movie but there could be no product tie ins. Like action figures and such, thats why Yogurt says merchandising is where the real money from the film is made!
Thats why they were never sued.

One must look for money to make the same film over and over again. A legal suit here, effects on a lame movie there, George must work hard to afford all those effects he pours over the same weak story frame. There that ought to piss a few people off!

Lucas did endorse Space Balls. The Vadar helmet was loaned to Mel Brooks for the shoot, but Canadians are very small so it looked really big on Rick Moranis as Lord Dark Helmet.
It's all true; 'cept the above part.

Wait for the stupid sequels, like "Empire strikes for the Back" or the "Phellatio Menace".
I couldn't imagine a joke for SW VI, sorry.
Or thank god. Boy, how do I suck.
But not like the leading actress.

Once again George Lucas has shown the world just how money-hungry he truly is. But this time he's added petty to the description. Starballz is a parody, people. Protected by the first ammendent rights as well. It takes equal potshots at other genres, Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, ect. And it's funny as hell, too. The only reason Georgie-boy is so upset is $$$. He wants a piece of the pie, and from his juveneile reaction to this feature, it appears that he hasn't had a good piece of pie in quite awhile... Grow up George, or better yet, get a sense of humor. You're just pissed that "Starballz" is better than "The Phantom Menace"!

Starballz is a witless porn parody of new and classic anime.
As an anime fan I can stand quite abit, but this and SM&7B not only crosses the line but takes a flying leap over the line and right into trash
