Ahh, Mssr. Valenti. It must be nice to be the man who continues the fine tradition of the Hayes Office.
The man's a joke. If you really want that PG all you have to do is kiss his ancient ass. The man knows how much power he wields and he loves it. He uses those little letters that he out as bait and/or blackmail fodder.
It never ceases to amaze me how overt he is. The next time someone in the industry bad mouths him, follow up on their attempt to get a rating.
One of the most blatant examples is the South Park Movie. When the MPAA gave it an X and the original title was an issue, the filmakers changed it to the obvious pee-nis reference that it is now known as.
When Valenti discovered that he didn't catch it, he was quoted as saying that it should have stayed an X! Gee, I wonder if they would have kissed his ass if there ever would have been a problem?
Of course, I love all this crap that's going on with how indiugnant he is with a certain Senator who wants to restrict what we see. How dare someone think about taking Valenti's power away!
Hopefully, he will either step down soon (or shuffle off his mortal coil) and someone who's not quite as prudish or can be bought will take over. I'm not that naive though. It will be some little Valenti clone.

"Random Shemp your thoughts are very difficult to catch or believe do to your poor grammer, worse spelling, and even worse language."
Oh, the irony is just....too painful

Ok, so I had some typo's. However, the use of Mssr. is not one of them. I wrote that particular message in just under 5 minutes and did not proof it before accepting it.
My language, I'm sorry if it offends. I like to use what I feel are the most effective words to "drive home" a thought.
As to my grammer. Please do not complain about this issue if you have trouble with comprehension. That is a common mistake that is made when one does not understand a written passage. This is not bait to start a flame war, it is very common and something my students have trouble with on occasion as well.
Besides, what the hell does your feelings on grammer and spelling have to do with M.(not a typo)Valenti being an ass? Can I assume by your problem with my language that you also endorse censorship?

Hey oldshadow,
Maybe before you start to criticize someone's spelling, usage or gramm"A"r, you should run a spell check on your own messages. FYI, it should be "deference", and "due" to your poor "grammar".
