Whether you?re the next big thing in directing or just an average Joe with a video camera, your chance to see your name in lights may have just arrived. ?Southern Comfort, official tour sponsor of New Orleans rock band Cowboy Mouth, announces the kick-off of the Southern Comfort Behind the Camera Contest this Friday, October 5, 2001. ?In partnership with RollingStone.com, the leading authority on music and popular culture, the contest awards one winner* a five-night stay in New Orleans as well as a ?$10,000 budget (cost of film crew, equipment and editing is already covered) to direct a professional music video with New Orleans? biggest home grown rock band, Cowboy Mouth. ?The winner?s video will be exclusively debuted nationwide on RollingStone.com, offering anyone with a passion for music and film a rare opportunity to win widespread recognition in the entertainment industry.

?Cowboy Mouth has followed their dreams by making music and bringing their incredible live show to the masses,? said Paul Tuell, U.S brand director, for Southern Comfort. ?The Southern Comfort Behind the Camera Contest was created in the spirit of Cowboy Mouth, allowing music and film fans coast to coast a chance to shoot for their dreams.?

The ?Mouth?
Straight out of the famed French Quarter, the musicians of Cowboy Mouth blend rock and roll with country-tinged harmonies to create a gospel-inspired live show that can only be described as a ?revival? experience. ?All four band members work as singers/songwriters to make music as hot and flavorful as a bowl of Cajun gumbo. ?

Geez, shemp, YOU ARE OBSESSED. ?You dare sign MY NAME and not make a wise and endearing comment. ?

For god's sake if you're going to spend your time on-line, we'd hope you'd spend it WITHOUT looking for your dream date in dtheatre.

By the way, Cowboy JUNKIES does have a sexy lead singer. ?I'd lick between her shoulder blades anyday.

Being better that Yahoo Serious is about as easy as watching grass grow, that guy is a wanker.  Bana has some talent though.  If these guys are any good, name their best album for me and I'll try to get it.

hey Yahoo Serious was a icon, a legend, a.....okay I wasn't really serious, thank god he faded away,..
what were those movies, Young Einstien, there was another one too, he played some kind of bank robber, based on a true story, sort of I guess, saw it on USA up all night once.

In "Reckless Kelly" he played a decendant of Ned Kelly an Australian thief in the 1800's and is only good when under the influence of drugs or alcohol at around 3:00am when you are very bored.

The Mouth's best album? They have 7 of them.  But if you want to experience them try their newest, "Easy", or "All You Need Is Live".  They're one of the greatest live shows, and have been around for 10 years, in spite of bad luck with major record companies.
