Jolie Confirms Tomb Raider 2

(Empire) - When the adaptation of hit computer game Tomb Raider was announced, the word 'franchise' was not far away. And, in the fine tradition of blockbusting action movies, the second celluloid outing for Lara Croft has begun its journey to the big screen.

Talking to Scottish newspaper The Daily Record, Angelina Jolie confirmed that she?ll be slipping into the too-tight tank-top once more: "It looks like it's going to happen. They are writing another one. I am going to be Lara Croft again."

The mixed critical response that greeted the first film does not appear to have discouraged the star, but she insisted that, for the film to go ahead, it will have to surpass its predecessor: "If we can make it a hundred times better, if we can do a whole bunch of new things, think of a whole new sequence, get a great script with everything that nobody has ever seen before - then we will do it."

OH! Well let me be the first to apologize! I was not aware that you were a super fan. Had I known this ahead of time I would have kept the opportunity to voice my opinion to myself. I didn't mind the first one too bad. of course I wished she'd put something on over that tank top just once! I never played the game and had no expectation but seeing an action movie - with a woman as lead action/actor. And I'll be going to #2 too!

yeah the first one was dodgy but th idea has potential and if they make a storyline similar to those in the games it will be excellent. But i don't see what you guys are complaining about if you don't like it don't watch it wait for it to come on cable.

Well...well..well...as if the first one was not crap enough... anyway, as one dude said earlier, let's hope that they make the tits look real, but concerning the story..all hard core fans can forget about it..it'll suck !

personally i liked the first one and i thing if you dont like the movie then shut the F up and stop complaing and just dont watch the movies and the people who think Jolie is a freak well it a free country and she can do what ever she please just cause she outspoken are diffrent you dont have the right to call a person a freak .
