William Hanna, the famous animator partly responsible for Hanna-Barbera Studios of "Tom & Jerry" and "The Flintsones," has passed away. ?He was 90 years old.

So?  William Hanna was an amazing contributer to the world of animation.  He's responsible for more than half the stuff you grew up watching (which is probably responsible in part for what you may claim is a "sense of humor").  Whether you want to admit it or not, William Hanna was a major part of your childhood.  Whether that's a good thing or not is questionable, but you can't just blow this off with "The Flintsones sucked".

I enjoyed Hanna-Barbera cartoons as a kid, I also loved watching Voltron and the like. Who cares? Mr Hanna was a pioneer in the field of American animation and should be remembered for his accomplishments. He earned his rest. Personally, I liked Quick Draw McGraw. But I guess that makes me a bad guy because of BaBaLouie being a stereotype Mexican figure. Sheesh...can't please anyone these days, so I might just as well please my self. CYA!

I think everyone should have the right to say what they want with the option of anonymity. Look beyond the words though, they're just saying this stuff to watch your face turn red and have steam come out of your ears, which is perhaps more entertaining to them than the flintstones.

These people are trolling, and the best way to treat a troll is to ignore it. A moderation system is planned for the future of DT, which is a better solution than forcing people to register just so they can say something.
