I guess it's about time for Chris Carter to move on to something else. He has taken the "X-Files" story line as far as it can go. Time to stop with a good (happy) ending and carry on with "The Lonegun Men" and a new story line.

After having been on chat with the writers of The Lone Gunemen, John Shiban, Frank Spotnitz and THE Vince Gilligan, I am psyched for tonight's episode.
I've always loved Braidwood, Harwood and Haglund, and I'm excited to see what they can do out on their own.
No Season Nine,
Erin

I enjoyed the pilot for The Lone Gunmen. An interesting story, one that pokes fun at current IT events, and that actually trusted that the audience would get many of the insider techie jokes.
The actors were great together, as usual.
Thanks, guys!

Hi
I just had a momment of the lonegunmen, I thought they died and saved all those ppl. So how can you do a spin off with ppl who died? thats all. I think there is so much more that Chris can do with the X-files.
