The production of the film itself will begin next month. Also in a recent interview with SCI FI Wire, Raimi stated that he would reteam with Campbell, Raimi's star from the Evil Dead trilogy of films.

Bruce Campbell has made a cameo in almost every Sam Raimi film you can think of. Sort of a running joke, or something (I mean, Campbell's first movie was also Raimi's; they were college buddies, tha works) So we already knew Campbell would make a cameo in this film, this is just telling when

Yes, I have to admit, Spiderman" is a good movie
idea. Let's just hope they do a better job than
the "Batman" movies and make it more like
Superman.
Batman was so offensive, I wonder how or why
they continued to make them. It's hard to believe
they made money as there was so many
negative and accurate comments about them.
