Mahir Launches his music career

By now a good percentage of Internet-connected people have had the distinct pleasure of visiting the web site of Mahir, the Turkish Stud. One day, for reasons known only to Internet inventor Al Gore, a swift and powerful buzz went across the net regarding the web site of this handsome fella, who evidently considered himself God's gift to women the world over.

Originally Mahir Cagri was worried and even frightened by his sudden wave of popularity but that didn't last long, why would it? He was getting phone calls and pictures from women everywhere and getting thousands of hits to his pathetic web site. He was a celebrity.

After a few aticles on Salon.com and other respected online journals, others were quick to catch on to this phenomenom in a few days "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" had a charater based off of Mahir. Since then he has made it into the "Guinness Book of World Records" and now Mahir is back, and this time he is a pop music sensation.

EMI Records has signed a deal with him to produce 3 songs and a music video. You can view the music video on his site. It is quite a well produced music video, complete with pop culture beautiful women. The music video starts off at some airport, and Mahir is driven around in a sleek black Mercedes. Then the catchy dance music starts and you are immediately transported into the beautiful phrase of "I am Mahir!"

At the site you can also play the Mahir game, and as Mahir himself states "I have game for you - open I KISS YOU!!!". It works great for a few simple laughs. The music video is quite funny though, and worth the download. I wouldn't be surprised to see Mahir's song rising on the dance charts when the CD goes on sale December 18th.
