Some 70 percent of DVD players sold in Europe have been "chipped" in order to bypass regional codes aimed at preventing movies on DVD from being rented or sold in some parts of the world before they are screened in theaters.?Jim Bottoms of Understandings and Solutions said that European consumers have no intention of buying DVD players that require them to wait for movies scheduled on a zone basis.?Read More...
