(Nando) David Stanley has recently turned himself in to the county jail in Wise, VA.?In 1989, he pleaded guilty to 55 counts of taking money in a fraud scheme in Virginia and Tennessee.?His sentence was suspended so he could repay his victims, but he disappeared in 1996.?Between then and now, he started up Pixelon.com with $35 million from private investors.?It was launched last october in what was billed as "the largest event ever held to launch an Internet company" and was said to cost $12 million.?How's that for ambition?
