DotTV, a company spawned by Pasadena's Internet incubator IdeaLab, has signed an agreement with the Pacific island nation of Tuvalu, guaranteeing it $50 million in royalties over the next ten years to sell the country's domain code, ".tv" at auction over the Internet, the company announced Monday.?While the current bid price for "radio.tv" is $30,000 per year, the company is entertaining bids of $2,500 per year for such names as "twentieth.tv," "newscenter.tv" and "studiobriefing.tv."
